Club documents, radio programming, and references for licensed operators and newcomers.

Club documents

CARS Bylaws (PDF, revised July 20, 2026). Meeting minutes are on the members-only Minutes page. Net scripts and member guides will be added once the club approves current versions.

Radio programming (CHIRP)

CARS no longer distributes a radio programming file, because repeater details change often. Program your radio from the current listings on Repeaters and Nets. CHIRP is free, open-source radio programming software: CHIRP downloads.
