Regular meetings are normally held on the third Monday of the month at 7:00 PM Eastern. Check schedule changes before attending. Meetings are still held when the third Monday is a holiday, such as MLK Day in January and Presidents Day in February. There is no regular meeting in December. Any Christmas dinner or event for this year is still to be decided by the club.

How to join
- Attend a regular club meeting and introduce yourself.
- Request membership details from a club officer at the meeting.
- Pay dues at a meeting, by mail, or online through PayPal (see "Pay online" below).
Dues
- Regular or associate member: $30 per year ($20 for new members joining after July 1).
- Family membership: $45 per year (an additional $15; $10 for new family members joining after July 1).
- Dues are due by January 31. See Article V of the bylaws.

Licensing and testing
CARS supports amateur radio licensing and has held license testing at Lake City Baptist Temple. The previous club website noted that testing is also available on request.
No upcoming CARS test session is currently posted. Ask at a club meeting about the next session, or find a nearby session using the links below.
